Red Beach Surf Lifesaving cluB 2018 - ongoing
“Jurado Architects have been engaged in a number of projects ranging in size and variety that I have been involved with over the years. This begins with residential properties, some in very confining spaces in order to comply with Local District development controls.
Another recent project which is still continuing, as fundraising and organisational funding such as grants and Council funding takes time, is the Red Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.
All of Jurado’s work with the Red Beach Surf Lifesaving Club has been on a ‘pro-bono’ basis where the club is seeing the design and thought process of Jurado Architects unfold, into what will be a ‘boutique’ facility…
If it wasn’t for Scott and the team of Jurado Architects with their master plan vision from the outset, plus on going back up to design solutions as our funds come to hand, this building that is in such an iconic position on the water’s edge, could have become the look of another ‘typical community club’.
We thank Scott and John and the Jurado team for their perseverance on this project, and share in their vision of what will when completed be a great visual asset to our club members and the local community.
